my biological father and my nakota band

I'm writing to you on behalf of a woman from Canada by the last name of   " Leclerc" ( now leclaire) her biological dad was from qu"pell valley Canada and her mom was a French woman..... ( Florence Leclerc )   who upon her birth gave her up for adoption and wouldn't put her dads name on the birth certificate .. so sad to say she doesn't know her biological fathers name ... she was given up to a home for wayward girls and unwed mothers somewhere abouts Regina Canada Saskatchewan.....
